Getting Started. Click the Create Event button to create your first event. Set the event date, RSVP deadline, and when to start sending messages.

Setting Event Dates. Choose your event's start date and time, then set the end date and time to define the event duration. Make sure the dates and times reflect your event schedule.

Set Deadline. Set the RSVP deadline date and time to let guests know the last moment they can respond to your event invitation. Make sure to choose a deadline that gives guests enough time to RSVP.

Schedule Messages. Choose the date and time when automated messages should begin sending to your guests. Set the schedule based on when you want guests to start receiving event updates and reminders.

Add Guests. Add your guest’s details, including their name, mobile number, and country code. You can also include their email address and city of arrival. Specify the invitation count to indicate the number of invites for this guest, then click Add Guest to add them to your guest list.

Using Template. Download the Excel guest template and fill in your guests’ details without changing the column headers. Make sure every guest’s mobile number includes the country code (e.g., 91 for India). Once completed, upload the Excel sheet to import multiple guests at once and simplify your event guest management.

Try it live. Try the RSVP experience in a simulated environment! Create a sample event, explore the event setup, and add guests to see how everything works in real time. Experiment freely and get familiar with the process before creating your own live event.
